艾麗斯聚雙旋乳酸注入肌膚底層後，能促進皮膚膠原蛋白及彈性纖維的生長，有效改善鼻淚溝、皺紋與面部整體問題，屬於自然的膠原蛋白增生劑。

AestheFill®艾麗斯的產品外觀為白色球體，使用前需用無菌水泡製至少30分鐘使其溶解。
泡製後的聚雙旋乳酸，在高倍數顯微鏡底下會看到空洞的球體，這就是AestheFill的「多孔性微球體」科技。
多孔性微球體進入皮膚後，多孔性結構可以促使纖維母細胞靠近，並新生膠原蛋白於多孔性微球體之間與內部，可吸引膠原蛋白至球體內部居住、生長，漸漸長出更多自己的膠原蛋白。
